Toonshot is an AI-powered cartoon avatar generator that transforms uploaded photos into various cartoon art styles. The Service includes free previews and paid tiers for full-resolution downloads.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using email, Google, or GitHub authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload images you do not have rights to use
Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts
Use the Service for harassment, defamation, or illegal purposes
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI models
Exceed rate limits or use automated tools to abuse the Service

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of photos you upload. Generated cartoon images are provided under a personal-use license. Commercial use is permitted for Unlimited tier subscribers where applicable by law.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. All purchases are one-time payments (not subscriptions). See our Refund Policy for details on returns.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
