Uploaded photos: Images you upload for cartoon generation
Payment information: Processed by our payment partners (we do not store card details)
Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, generation history

Process your photo-to-cartoon generations
Manage your account and orders
Improve and optimize the Service
Prevent fraud and enforce rate limits
Send transactional emails (receipts, account notifications)

3. Photo Storage and Processing

Uploaded photos are processed using third-party AI services (Replicate). Photos are stored temporarily for generation purposes and are automatically deleted on a rolling schedule. You may request immediate deletion of your data at any time.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

AI processing: Replicate (image generation)
Authentication: Supabase, Google, GitHub (OAuth)
Payments: Dodo Payments (payment processing)
Error tracking: Sentry (anonymized error reports)

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use minimal cookies for session management and a privacy-friendly analytics service (Plausible) that does not use cookies or track personal data.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure API authentication, and rate limiting. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

You have the right to:

Access your personal data
Request deletion of your account and data
Export your generation history
Opt out of non-essential communications

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
